Schedule an Assessment
To schedule an assessment, or if you have any questions regarding assessments, please call us at 860.937.3875 or email us at infopinnaclebh@gmail.com (when emailing please include your phone number).

We ask that at least one parent/guardian participate in the assessment with their child.
Currently all of our assessments are done virtually via Zoom or in person. Expect the assessment to take around 1.5 hours.
