Liana obtained a Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Individuals, Groups, and Families from the University of Connecticut. During her undergraduate career, Liana was a program facilitator at Girl Scouts of Connecticut providing community outreach programs to girls ages 5-17 at inner-city schools in the Greater Hartford area, in addition to being selected as Program Specialist, coordinating similar summer programs for Hartford and New Haven area residents. After graduating from the UConn School of Social Work, Liana has realized her passion for providing programs and therapy to communities in need. Liana thoroughly enjoyed her role at her second field placement, an Intensive Outpatient Program for children at Community Child Guidance Clinic, and was excited to transition into this level of care again. Liana is eager to continue to grow in her role as well as helping Pinnacle expand, creating programs of high efficacy and success.
