Monday/Thursday (HS) and Tuesday/Wednesday (MS) programming follow the same format:

5-6pm DBT Skills Training with peers and parents

730-8pm Multi-Family Process Group (if time allows)

A minimum length of participation is 10 weeks to enable teens and their parents to develop the necessary skills to improve the quality of their lives. Most families participate for 12-13 weeks before they are ready to leave the group.
