The IOP for 11-13 year olds meets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 5-8pm and we are committed to working with each family's schedule. Wednesday is the multi family night for program. Tuesday and Friday are peer only.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday programming follow the same format (for both programs):

5-6pm DBT Skills Training with peers and parents

6-7pm Peer Process Group/Parent Process Group

7-8pm Multi-Family Process Group

Tuesday and Friday programming are peers only and involve process groups as well as experiential (art, yoga) therapy, topical groups, and weekend planning.

A minimum length of participation is 10 weeks to enable teens and their parents to develop the necessary skills to improve the quality of their lives. Most families participate for 12-13 weeks before they are ready to leave the group.
