Arielle Sherman-Golembeski MSW LMSW 
Arielle Sherman- Golembeski holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University with a specialization in clinical work.  While in her Master’s program, Arielle was a part of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Training program under the supervision of Dr. André Ivanoff, president of the Linehan Institute’s training company, Behavioral Tech, LLC. Arielle completed her DBT Intensive Training while in this program, in addition to completing trainings on Exposure Therapy, Transforming Difficult Moments in Therapy, and Imminent Suicide Risk. 
 
Prior to joining the Pinnacle team, Arielle worked as a DBT residential counselor at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, CT, where she treated patients in both the DBT and Dual-Diagnosis Transitional Living Programs. Previously she interned at Silver Hill Hospital, supporting adolescents in the Transitional Living Program and in the DBT Intensive Outpatient Program.  Arielle spent a year interning for East Side House Settlement, a Young Adult Education program in Bronx, NY, targeting motivation in and outside of the classroom.  Arielle is passionate about the process of building authentic and genuine relationships, while supporting families and individuals with skill based guidance. She is enthusiastic about working at Pinnacle Behavioral Health and motivated to work in a program that recognizes the need to build a supportive mental health foundation.
